Return & Refund Policy
At Buoms, every product is made to order, we print upon receiving the order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict no returns or refunds policy for all orders.
All the products go through intense quality check before we dispatch.
We strongly suggest you make an unpacking video upon receiving the package to avoid confusion.
- Before Order Confirmation: Please carefully review your order details like size, color, and design before finalizing your purchase.
Exceptions:
We understand that errors can occur from our end too, so we will gladly offer a replacement if:
- The product is defective: If the product itself is flawed or damaged upon arrival.
- Different design: If by mistake you receive a different product or different design.
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, orders must be cancelled within 4-6 hours of placement.
